My experience with two Braille batteries is if they drain down all the way they never hold their charge the same again. It would hold it's charge for a few days then die. After the second battery failed I went with a Advance Auto battery that's for a Miata. It had enough cranking amps (400 I think) and only weighed 26 pounds. I figured it would be a good compromise between the fickle Braille and the heavy stock units. So far so good. The car cranks up fine and I can play the radio while I wash it without worrying about the battery dying.
